Meet the Team

Meet Kirsten.

I’ve led growth marketing at 8 tech startups in the past 20 years including HumanConcepts, Glassdoor, Lever, and Ally which exited by acquisition. These companies have something in common…their ability to achieve hypergrowth.

Yet all these companies were failing in growth marketing when I arrived for similar reasons. They had burned through budget on trending techniques or short term gains with little accountability, had ignored the growth foundation, and they were running out of money and time.

After inheriting the same very solvable marketing problems multiple times, I founded Hypergrowth Marketer so I can help companies avoid costly and fluffy strategies that don’t work and make the right growth moves at higher ROI.

Ronny Cheng

Meet Ronny.

I’ve led a performance marketing agency for 10 years. In this role, I have worked with over 75 different startups, and have been a critical in-house member for more than 9 exits. These companies built the marketing foundation to achieve sustainable growth.

Even so, the vast majority of these companies were failing in marketing and struggling to find effective, repeatable growth models for similar reasons: Missing or inaccurate benchmarks, a lack of transparency into digital programs, and chasing trends without the right pieces in place.

I joined Hypergrowth Marketer to help businesses solve these problems by implementing a series of small, measurable wins on the back of clear tracking, metrics, and goals. These actions create a snowball effect that stimulates long-term growth.
