We are looking to hire an experienced, hands-on marketing operations lead to help build and scale a world-class Marketing function for [Company Name] and who will directly contribute to the growth of our business. Marketing Operations Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy and own the maintenance of our marketing tech stack, establishing and improving the scalability of processes that work and re-building processes that don’t
  • Partner with marketing, finance and sales teams to maintain an accurate view of marketing performance towards quarterly targets
  • Maintain campaign tracking and analytics, and make recommendations on how to improve marketing metrics overall — you have an eye for conversion optimization
  • Optimize lead handoff workflows and coordinate outreach activities with SDR and Sales
  • Work cross-functionally across the sales, SDR and product teams on tracking results and operationalizing impact of announcements and new programs
  • Dig into our target market data and help us capture, segment and target the right audiences for the right programs
  • Keep us compliant and adhering to best practices for data management
  • Own the marketing sales handoff, including lead routing, lead scoring, and list views, and streamline the process as we grow
  • Drive improvements to our technology stack by evaluating technologies and managing integrations
  • Manage list uploads, data augmentation, and overall program list quality
  • Build out and define monthly performance and activity reports to be shared with the greater team. In addition, support in ad hoc database reporting requests
  • Conduct in depth analysis and make recommendations for how to optimize our database, tech stack, and marketing programs
  • Build the detailed leads and pipeline model quarterly and track against targets. 

Marketing Operations Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of marketing or sales operations experience 
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Experience managing a large database of marketing contact data
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Experience administering a variety of marketing and sales automation tools
  • Strong problem solving skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment 
  • Experience working with data flows through multiple sales and marketing systems
  • Ability to develop marketing, sales, and SDR performance tracking and measurement
  • Skilled in working with data at varying levels of granularity and the issues inherent in building data sets across different platforms and systems of record
  • Hubspot experience a plus
  • Advanced Excel and modeling skills required
