    • Help onboard both inbound and outbound SDRs as to best practices, technology, etc. 
    • Provide day-to-day coaching to help SDRs overcome obstacles and ensure that your team delivers on targets
    • Identify needs for additional trainings and help your manager design and deliver those trainings

SDR TEAM LEAD REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to learn and understand new products and technology
  • Experience and demonstrated success in both inbound and outbound SDR roles
